February 12, 2026 NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) General Contractor General Summary: Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20, New Jersey Pay to Play, and other legislative enactments, more specifically Chapter 271 of the laws of the State of New Jersey, the Bordentown Regional School District is seeking Requests for Proposals (RFP) from qualified firms in connection with providing GENERAL CONTRACTOR: • Demolition and complete removal of existing chain link fencing, including all concrete footings. • Proper disposal of all demolished materials. Tennis Court Removal o Excavation and removal of existing tennis courts, approximately 4–6 inches in thickness. o Removal to include asphalt/concrete surface and any associated base materials as required. Site Restoration o Placement of 4–6 inches of clean topsoil in all disturbed areas. o Final grading to match surrounding elevations. o Seeding of restored areas with appropriate grass seed to establish turf. RFP/BID Submission Date: The Board Secretary/School Business Administrator must receive all RFP's/Bids no later than March 20, 2026 at 11:00 AM (prevailing time) At the Board of Education's office located at: 318 Ward Avenue, Bordentown, NJ 08505 Proposals must be submitted in sealed opaque envelopes and distinctly marked with the name of the firm, the title of the proposal and RFP/Bid # (or other reference as provided in the RPF/Bid).
