NOTICE OF CONTRACT AWARDED     THE BORDENTOWN SEWERAGE AUTHORITY has awarded a Contract without competitive bidding after a fair and open process as an extraordinary, unspecifiable service pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(1)(a)(ii). The Contract and the Resolution authorizing it are available for public inspection at the offices of the Authority. The Contract has been awarded to Interstate Mobile Care, Inc., to provide services for the purpose of compliance with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations regarding driver substance abuse and alcohol misuse testing, driver qualification files, examinations and related services. The Contract is for a period of one year commencing March 1, 2026. The Contract has a value not to exceed $5,000.00 for the Contract period.
