NOTICE OF CONTRACT AWARDED     THE BORDENTOWN SEWERAGE AUTHORITY has awarded a Contract without competitive bidding after a fair and open process as a professional service pursuant to N.J. Rev. 40A:11-5(1)(a). The Contract and the Resolution authorizing it are available for public inspection at offices of the Authority. The Contract has been awarded to Malamut & Associates, LLC for professional services as General Counsel to the Authority for a period of one year commencing March 1, 2026.
