NOTICE OF CONTRACT AWARDED     THE BORDENTOWN SEWERAGE AUTHORITY has awarded a Contract without competitive bidding after a fair and open process as a professional service pursuant to N.J. Rev. 40A:11-5(1)(a). The Contract and the Resolution authorizing it are available for public inspection at the offices of the Authority. The Contract has been awarded to Acacia Financial Group, Inc. for professional services as Financial Advisor for the Authority for a period of one year commencing March 1, 2026.
