NOTICE OF CONTRACT AWARDED    THE BORDENTOWN SEWERAGE AUTHORITY has awarded a Contract without competitive bidding after a fair and open process as a professional service pursuant to N.J. Rev. 40A:11-5(1)(a). The Contract has been awarded to Michael Holt, Registered Municipal Accountant of Holt McNally & Associates for professional services as Auditor for the Authority for a period of one year commencing March 1, 2026. The amount of the contract shall not exceed budgetary appropriations. The Contract and the Resolution authorizing it are available for public inspection at the offices of the Authority.
