Boonton Township PLANNING BOARD PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Township of Boonton, at their regular meeting held on February 11, 2026, adopted a resolution with the following action: A resolution of the Boonton Township Planning Board for the Town of Boonton (Wellfield Water Treatment Plant) Block 41301 Lot 1, 136 Old Denville Road, granting a one-year retroactive extension of variance approvals to September 18, 2025 determining the variances did not expire and allowing the project to proceed, as described in the resolution, and subject to conditions as set forth in the resolution.
