Public Notice PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the undersigned will make application to the Boonton Township Planning/Zoning Board, to be permitted to improve the driveway beyond the allowable percentage of lot coverage. The applicant's property is located at 24 Rock Lane, Block 41601, Lot 56, Boonton Township in the R-20 Zone. The within is an application for variance relief related to maximum impervious lot coverage. Applicant seeks variance relief to permit total building coverage of 9,193 square feet where 4,404 square feet is permitted. The lot presently has 8,480 square feet of coverage The applicant seeks variances from the Zoning Ordinance of Boonton Township, including but not limited to, Section 102 \D 132, Section 102-171.2 and Article XXVII, et. seq. and all other waivers, variances or exceptions as may be deemed necessary by the Zoning/Planning Board so as to secure approval of the plans and applications submitted. All documents relating to this application may be inspected by the public between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. in the Boonton Township Municipal Building, 155 Powerville Road, Boonton Township, New Jersey 07005. A public hearing will be held on March 2, 2026 at 7:30 pm at the Boonton Township Municipal Building, Council Chambers, 155 Powerville Road, Boonton Township, New Jersey 07005. All persons interested in said hearing may be heard at the same time and place.
