INVITATION TO BID The Zufall Health Center, Inc. (Owner) is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide interior alterations 71 Fourth Street, Somerville, NJ 08876. Sealed bid proposals, plainly marked: Zufall Health Center, Somerville Office Space Remodeling on the outside of the mailing envelope as well as the sealed bid envelope shall be delivered to Mr. John Laracca at Zufall Health Center, 18 West Blackwell St., Dover, NJ 07801. Bids will be accepted until 2:00pm, Tuesday, March 3rd. Bids will be open immediately following the bid submission deadline. A mandatory walk through and pre-bid meeting will be held at 2:00pm, February 20th, 2026. Bidders will meet at the site: 71 Fourth Street, Somerville, NJ 08876 Project Schedule is based on the General Contractor's Schedule that describes the work occurring between March 13th, 2026, and May 30th, 2026. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technical or legal deficiencies, and to accept any bid that it may deem to be in the best interest of the Owner. Zufall's scope of work includes the renovation of two existing office areas requiring selective demolition, as well as the construction of one new office space and a delivery room. Construction activities will primarily consist of demolition of existing finishes as required, installation of new wall assemblies, new flooring systems throughout the specified areas, doors and hardware, and the installation of new ceiling systems, including ceiling grid and associated components, in accordance with project specifications.
