To: Robert J. Guthrie
Take notice that a pleading seeking relief against you has been filed in the above entitled action. The nature of the relief being sought is as follows:
Monetary relief for damages incurred or to be incurred in excess of $25,000.00 arising from said Defendants negligence in a motor vehicle accident on October 26, 2021.
You are required to make Defense to such pleading not later than March 9, 2026, and upon your failure to do so, the party seeking service against you will apply to the Court for the relief sought.
