PUBLIC NOTICE
R E S O L U T I O N
NO.: 2025-055
WHEREAS, the Clerk of the Authority posted a Public Notice requesting proposals, in accordance with NJSA 19:44A-20.4 et seq., for the position of Bond Counsel; and
WHEREAS, on November 25, 2025, the Parking Authority received one (1) response to the Request for Proposals, specifically from Jason P. Capizzi, Esq.; and
WHEREAS, the proposal from Jason P. Capizzi, Esq., is found to be advantageous to the Authority,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Commissioners of the Parking Authority of the Township of North Bergen, that the Chairman of the Parking Authority is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with Jason P. Capizzi, Esq., as Bond Counsel, to provide specialized legal services necessary in connection with the authorization and the issuance of bonds or notes by the Authority pursuant to the request for proposals, proposal submitted and the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference, effective January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026, or until a successor has been appointed, subject to certification that funds are available; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a notice of this action shall be printed in the Bergen Record, as required by law.
I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION WAS DULY ADOPTED BY THE PARKING AUTHORITY OF THE TOWNSHIP OF NORTH BERGEN ON DECEMBER 17, 2025.
