NOTICE TOWNSHIP OF FREEHOLD Notice is hereby given that the following ordinance passed second and final reading at a Meeting of the Township Committee of the Township of Freehold held on February 25, 2026 O-26-4 AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THAT CERTAINPROPERTY IDENTIFIED ON THE TAX MAP OF THE TOWNSHIP OF FREEHOLD AS BLOCK 69.01, LOT 18.03, KNOWN MORE COMMONLY AS A PORTION OF THE FREEHOLD RACEWAY SITE, UNDER THE LOCAL REDEVELOPMENT AND HOUSING LAW, N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-1, ET SEQ., LOCATED IN THE TOWNSHIP OF FREEHOLD, COUNTY OF MONMOUTH, STATE OF NEW JERSEY This Ordinance adopts the Freehold Raceway (Portion) Site Redevelopment Plan for the parcel identified as Block 69.01, Lot 18.03, on sheets #19, #20, and #23 of the Township's Tax Map and located on Trotters Way. The parcel contains a total of approximately 11.62 acres. The Ordinance amends Chapter 190, Land Use, Article XI, Zones and Schedule of Requirements, and Article XIII Zoning Regulations to adopt the Redevelopment Plan including applicable zoning requirements, design standards, administrative and procedural requirements, and redeveloper obligations.
