PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that application has been made to the Borough of Atlantic Highlands for a Place-to-Place (Expansion of Licensed Premises) transfer of the Plenary Retail Consumption License #1304-33-012-010, heretofore issued to THE BAR ON FIRST LLC t/a Scenic Liquors, to expand the currently licensed premises at 160 First Avenue, Atlantic Highlands, New Jersey 07716 to now include outdoor patio areas.
            The names and addresses of the individuals holding more than 1% of the ownership of said company are as follows:
