NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough of Berlin Planning Board conducted a public hearing on Monday, May 11th, 2026, wherein it adopted a Resolution memorializing known as Block 1800 Lot 9 Berlin, NJ hereby finds & concludes that the Former K-Mart Site Redevelopment plan is substantially consistent with provisions of the Berlin Borough Master Plan and any amendments thereto and favorably recommend adoption to the Mayor and Council, Said Resolution 26-15 is available for inspection in the Construction, Planning, and Zoning Office during normal business hours located at 59 S. White Horse Pike, Berlin, NJ. 08009.
