PUBLIC NOTICE
Please be advised that on Thursday, May 14, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. in the Court room of the Police Department Building located at 330 Fayette Street, Bridgeton, New Jersey 08302, County of Cumberland in the State of New Jersey 08352, the City of Bridgeton Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on the application of the undersigned, at which time and place all interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard.
The subject property is 0.0633 acres in size, located at 102 Walnut Street in Bridgeton, in the R-4 zoning district, and is known as Tax Block 90 Lot 31.
The applicant is seeking a bulk variance from required 10' side yard setback, proposing relief of 5' on each side, for construction of a residential duplex on the property, along with any and all other variances and waivers that may be required and granted by the Board.
A copy of said application and related documents, are on file in the Office of the Secretary of the Zoning Board at 50 E. Broad Street, Bridgeton, New Jersey 08302 and may be reviewed by all interested parties prior to the meeting, Monday thru Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
