GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT PUBLIC NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
    That on Wednesday May 27th, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., a hearing will be held before the Gloucester Township Zoning Board of Adjustment at the Municipal Building located at 1261 Chews Landing Road, Gloucester Township, New Jersey, upon the application of Hooligan's Muay Thai & Kickboxing LLC, for a use variance under N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70d to permit the use of the space as a Muay Thai and Kickboxing training facility, and any other variances and or waivers as the board may determine are required for the use of a portion of the premises as a Muay Thai & Kickboxing gym and training center.
     The request for the variance is for the property located at 703 N. Black Horse Pike, Glendora New Jersey, 08029, designated as Block 1004, Lot 2 on the Tax Map of the Township of Gloucester.
The application is on file in the Land Use Office and is available for inspection at the Gloucester Township Municipal Building located at 1261 Chews Landing Road, Gloucester Township, New Jersey between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
