PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on May 4, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. the Planning Board of the Township of Jackson Township will hold a hearing on the application of Aharon and Shifra Stern. The hearing will take place at the Municipal Building, 95 W. Veterans Highway, Jackson, New Jersey. The premises which are the subject of this application are located on 8 Pointe Circle and 870 Bethel Church Road, Jackson, New Jersey. Said premises are also known as Block 6801, Lots 31 and 43 in Jackson Township.
The applicant Minor Subdivision approval to adjust the lot lines of 2 existing lots. Proposed Lot 31.01 will result in the construction of a new single-family dwelling and proposed Lot 43.01 will contain the existing single-family dwelling. The property is in the R-200 and R-1 zones. Variances are required for minimum lot width and lot depth for proposed Lot 31.01. Variances are required for minimum lot area, minimum lot depth, minimum side yard setback, minimum side yard setback for accessory structure and maximum building coverage for proposed Lot 43.01.
The applicant also intends to request at the hearing such bulk variance and/or waivers of design standards and/or submission requirements as are required to develop the premises in the manner indicated in the application materials, and any other variances or waivers that the Board may require.
All Documents relating to the application may be inspected by the public by contacting the Board Secretary to make arrangements in the office of Planning and Zoning located 65 Don
Connor Boulevard, Jackson, New Jersey, during normal office hours. Any interested party may appear at the aforesaid hearing, either in person, or by their attorney, and be given an opportunity to be heard with respect to the aforesaid application.
