PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on May 4, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. the Planning Board of the Township of Jackson Township will hold a hearing on the application of Dov Zucker. The hearing will take place at the Municipal Building, 95 W. Veterans Highway, Jackson, New Jersey. The premises which are the subject of this application are located on 88 North New Prospect Road, Jackson, New Jersey. Said premises are also known as Block 5804, Lot 14 in Jackson Township.
The applicant seeks Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan approval to develop the property as a 2 story House of Worship including a basement social hall and warming kitchen. A variance is required for minimum lot width of 119.28 ft. where 150 ft is required.
The applicant also intends to request at the hearing such bulk variance and/or waivers of design standards and/or submission requirements as are required to develop the premises in the manner indicated in the application materials, and any other variances or waivers that the Board may require.
All Documents relating to the application may be inspected by the public by contacting the Board Secretary to make arrangements in the office of Planning and Zoning located 65 Don
Connor Boulevard, Jackson, New Jersey, during normal office hours. Any interested party may appear at the aforesaid hearing, either in person, or by their attorney, and be given an opportunity to be heard with respect to the aforesaid application.
