PUBLIC NOTICE JERSEY CITY, NEW JERSEY PUBLIC HEARING & COMMENT REVIEW PERIOD PY 2026 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN NOTICE is given that a draft of Jersey City's Program Year (PY) 2026 Annual Action Plan (AAP) will be available for a public comment and review period. Notice is also given that a public hearing will be held to allow the public to review and make comments. Jersey City is an entitlement recipient of Federal formula grants from HUD for the following programs: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) program, and the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG). These funds provide programs and services that benefit low- to moderate-income persons throughout Jersey City. The City's PY 2026 AAP outlines proposed projects and activities by the City's CDBG, HOME, and ESG programs to address the identified priority needs and goals in the Consolidated Plan.
