LEGAL NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on March 31, 2026, the Jersey City Planning Board approved the memorialization of Resolution P2025-0167 (the "Resolution"). The Resolution granted preliminary and final major site plan approval with "c" variance (chain link fencing) for applicant, MCR RT 440 JC, LLC, to construct a Terminal Facility for Rail, Truck and Waterborne Transportation, including storage and containerization facilities, including pavement striping for trailer storage, a freestanding sign, installation of a temporary office trailer with internal tanks, one (1) vehicle parking space, and a stormwater management system with respect to the property located at NJ Route 440 and NJ Route 185, also known as Block 30305, Lots 2, 3, 4, and 5.01 (the "Property").
