PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
That 8103 Long Beach Boulevard, LLC has applied to the Borough of Harvey Cedars Land Use Board for preliminary and final major subdivision approval to subdivide the existing lots 1& 12 into 4 lots (proposed lots 1.01, 1.02, 12.01 & 12.02) and construct a single-family home with swimming pool on each lot. Applicant also seeks a d5 density variance along with bulk variances for lot area, lot width, and side yard setback. This property is located in the LC Zone at 8103 Long Beach Boulevard, Long Beach, NJ 08008, also known as Block 81, Lots 1 & 12 as shown on the official tax map of the Borough of Harvey Cedars.
The Applicant seeks the following variances and/or design waivers for relief from the following requirements:

The application and supporting documents of this application are on file with the Borough of Harvey Cedars Clerk's Office and are available for inspection during normal business hours at the office of the Clerk at the Municipal Building 7606 Long Beach Boulevard, Harvey Cedars, New Jersey.
