NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS AND NEWSPAPER OF RECORD
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned has filed applications for development with the Township of Mount Olive Planning Board to obtain preliminary and final site plan approval and variance and design waiver relief for property at 80 Flanders-Netcong Road (Block 4400, Lot 87) which includes a side yard setback variance in connection with construction of a new building measuring approximately 19,000+/- (having approximately 17,000 sf of warehouse and 2,000 sf of office space) plus 1+/- acre of outdoor storage.
In addition to the above approval Applicant requests that the application be deemed amended to include any additional approvals, variances, exceptions or waivers determined to be necessary in the review or processing of this application, whether requested by the Board or otherwise.
A public hearing has been scheduled for April 16, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal, Building, 204 Flanders-Drakestown Road, Mount Olive, New Jersey, at which time you may appear, either in person or by attorney, and present any objections or comments you may have regarding this matter.
Any plans, maps or documents for which approval is sought shall be on file and available for public inspection at least ten (10) days prior to hearing in the offices of the Planning Department between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Please note the plans, maps and documents may be revised during the hearing process.
Any interested party may appear at said hearing and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the Planning Board.
