Borough of Spring Lake Heights Notice of Hearing before the Land Use Board Please take notice that the Applicant, 700 Highway 71, LLC, has made application to the Land Use Board of the Borough of Spring Lake Heights seeking preliminary and final minor site plan approval and variance relief from the Zoning Ordinances of the Borough of Spring Lake Heights pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70(c), to refurbish and establish existing pole mounted signage, wall signage and projection signage at property commonly known as the Shore Club.
