NOTICE OF HEARING
TOWNSHIP OF VOORHEES PLANNING BOARD
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that upon the application of South Jersey Radiology Associates, P.A. ("Applicant"), the Township of Voorhees Planning Board shall conduct a public hearing on May 27, 2026, commencing at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be reached in the Court Room at 2400 Voorhees Town Center, Voorhees Township, NJ 08043, to consider the Applicant's request for Waiver of Site Plan Approval to temporarily place a mobile PETCT Unit upon property located at 100 Carnie Boulevard and more particularly identified as Block 202.26, Lot 3.01 on the official tax map of the Township of Voorhees (the "Property"). The Property is located in the O-3 Zoning District with the TC-1 overlay.
Although the Applicant does not believe there is any variance relief associated with this Application, the Applicant is also seeking any and all other waivers, variances, ordinance interpretations, and/or any other relief which may be deemed necessary by the Township of Voorhees Planning Board in order to allow the proposed use and development of the Property.
At the public hearing on May 27, 2026, at 7:00 PM, when the application is called, you may appear, or an agent or attorney may appear on your behalf, and present any objection which you may have to granting the application. Copies of the application, plans, supporting documentation, and reports are on file with the Planning Board Secretary, 2400 Voorhees Town Center, Voorhees, NJ 08043, and may be reviewed during normal business hours.
This Notice is being published in compliance with the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance of the Township of Voorhees and the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law.
