CITY OF GLENS FALLS ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY given that a Public Hearing will be held on the third floor at City Hall, 42 Ridge Street, in the City of Glens Falls, New York on the 16th day of March 2026 at 6:30 p.m. on the following matters: New business: I. Area Variance (AV 26-0001): Katie and Tom Haskell, owners of tax map no.: 302.16-12-34, commonly known as 15 Gage Ave, are seeking area variances to construct an addition upon their principal structure with a front yard setback at 17.1 ft. and side yard setbacks respectively at 10.6 ft and 14.5 ft. The applicant is also seeking an area variance to exceed the maximum lot coverage threshold. Pursuant to the City of Glens Falls Zoning Code Chapter 220-13(H)(1), (2), as well as 220-13(G), this will require Zoning Board of Appeals review and approval. SEQRA Type II II.
