2026 MOWING OF CITY LANDFILL

Sealed bids, plainly marked on the form prepared by the City of Glens Falls shall be received at the City of Glens Falls Purchasing Office, 42 Ridge Street, City Hall, 2nd Floor, Glens Falls, New York 12801, Attention Carrie Lambert; Purchasing Agent until the closing time of

April 8, 2026 at 11 :OOAM

At 1 1:10 AM on this date all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Late submissions will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. Bids submitted shall be clearly identified on the outside of the envelope with the Bid Name and the Company submitting the proposal.

Copies of specifications and conditions may be obtained at 42 Ridge Street from Carrie Lambert, or purchasing@cityofglensfallsny.gov. The City of Glens Falls reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and will award to the respondent deemed to best serve the needs of the City and to waive any informalities or defects in such proposals before or after opening. All bids shall include a "Non-Collusion" statement. Minority and Women Owned businesses are encouraged to bid.
