NOTICE The City of Glens Falls is seeking proposals from qualified municipal finance consulting firms or certified public accountants to provide financial analysis, forecasting, and operational review services. The purpose of this engagement is to assist the City in establishing a clear financial baseline, improving budgeting practices, and supporting long-term fiscal sustainability. Proposals must be submitted in PDF format to Carrie Lambert, Purchasing Agent at purchasing@cityofglensfallsny.gov no later than 3:00 p. m on Wednesday March 11, 2026 . Digital RFP documents are available via e-mail by contacting Hazel Palmer at hpalmer@cityofglensfallsny.gov Late submissions will not be accepted. The City of Glens Falls reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and will award to the respondent deemed to best serve the needs of the City.
