PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES




ELM STREET STREETSCAPING ~ 

PHASE II




PROPOSALS DUE: MARCH 13th, 2026, 11:00 AM




The City of Glens Falls is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms for professional design services, bid document preparation, and intermittent construction phase services for a project known as Elm Street Streetscaping ~ Phase II.




The goal of this project is to enhance and beautify the final sections of Elm Street within the City’s Downtown Revitalization Initiative project area. The project scope of work includes field survey & site reconnaissance, and designing curbs, sidewalks, street lighting, accessible facilities, landscaping, grading, drainage infrastructure and other creative streetscape features/amenities.




Prospective proposers are urged to participate on a voluntary pre-proposal virtual meeting on Friday, March 6th, 2026, at 10:30 A.M. Teams meeting credentials will be distributed to all planholders in advance of the meeting.




Digital RFP documents are available via e-mail by contacting Jeremy Schneible, P.E. City Engineer jschneible@cityofglensfallsny.gov.
