NOTICE The City of Glens Falls is seeking a qualified nonprofit organization to serve as the LEAD program’s Lead Agency and employ a full-time LEAD Project manager. The selected nonprofit will not provide treatment or clinical services. Please direct any technical questions regarding this RFP to Darlene Hafner; Police Social Worker at 518 761-3844 or via email dhafner@glensfallspd.com Proposals must be submitted by April 8,2026 no later than 12:00PM to: City of Glens Falls Purchasing Department Attn: Carrie Lambert; Purchasing Agent 42 Ridge Street, City Hall. 2nd Floor Glens Falls, NY 12801. Copies of specifications and conditions may be obtained at the above address, by calling 518 761-3817 or via email request to purchasing@cityofglensfallsny.gov Late submissions will not be accepted and returned unopened. Proposals submitted shall be clearly identified on the outside of the envelope with the Name and Addres s of Respondent along with the identification of the Request for Proposal; CGF 26-03RFP Lead Program-Nonprofit Lead Agency/Project Manager, submitting the proposal. The City of Glens Falls reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and will award to the respondent deemed to best serve the needs of the City and to waive any informalities or defects in such proposals before or after opening. All RFPs shall include a “Non-Collusion” statement. The contractor/vendor agrees to protect, indemnify and save harmless The City of Glens Falls against any and all claims, suits and demands which the contractor/vendor may suffer because of the operation or actions of the contractor/vendor, its agents or employees, including but not limited to its failure to properly perform the work under the contract its failure to maintain any policy of insurance required by this contract and its failure or refusal to provide any forms, certificates or documentation required by this agreement or law.
