LEGAL NOTICE

REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE BIDS

STUDENT TRANSPORTATION SERVICES

The Glens Falls Common School District is requesting sealed competitive bids from qualified vendors to provide daily transportation for one elementary student between 120 Degraff Street, Schenectady, NY and Abraham Wing Elementary School, 120 Lawrence Street, Glens Falls, NY .

Services are required Monday through Friday, per the school calendar. Arrival at school must be no later than 8:30 AM , with afternoon pickup at 2:45 PM .

Vendors must be properly licensed and insured in New York State, have experience transporting school-aged children, and provide qualified, background-checked drivers and safe, well-maintained vehicles.

Bid submissions must include company qualifications, transportation plan, safety procedures, pricing, proof of insurance, and references.

Sealed bids are due by April 24, 2026 and must be submitted to:
