WWTP Compost Building Roof Replacement

The Village of Attica will receive sealed bids for the roof replacement of the existing compost building at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, located at 122 Prospect Street, Attica, NY. The project will consist of providing all labor, materials and equipment necessary for the removal and replacement of the existing corrugated metal roof. Associated work to include installation of roof vents and construction of new sliding door.
Bid Alternates to include replacing existing roof trusses, exhaust vents and side curtains.
Bids will be received by the Village of Attica on the 12th day of June at the Village Offices, located at 9 Water Street, Attica, NY 14011. Promptly at 11:00 am the bidding will be closed, and bids received will be opened and read aloud at 11:30 am at the same location. Bids submitted by fax will not be accepted.

Official copies of the Bidding can be obtained at the Village of Attica Wastewater Treatment Plant office, located at 122 Prospect Street, Attica, NY 14011, upon receipt of a non-refundable payment in the form of cash, check or money order in the amount of $10.00 for each set of Bidding Documents. Checks or money orders should be made payable to "Village of Attica".
Plans and Specifications in paper format will be available on May 19, 2026.

A pre-bid conference and project walk through will be held at 10:00 AM on May 29, 2026 with all contractors meeting at project site, located at 122 Prospect Street, Attica, NY. Bidders to enter the Treatment Plant and meet in front of the Administration building.
All bids must be made on the Bid Form included in the Project Manual or an exact copy by reproduction thereof and enclosed in sealed envelope.
