LEGAL NOTICE SUNY Broome Community College BID NO: 2026-09 SUNY Broome Community College is seeking bids from qualified prime bidders for; General Construction. The Bidders shall provide labor, materials, equipment and associated costs to complete all work necessary on the project. The project includes construction of an asphalt parking lot with associated concrete curbing, sidewalks, sidewalk ramps, and storm sewer system on the SUNY Broome Campus. Bids will be received in the Purchasing Office, Room 120, Campus Services building, SUNY Broome Community College, PO Box 1017, Front Street, Binghamton, NY 13902-1017, Telephone number (607) 778-5196, until May 6, 2026 at 2:00 pm local time. Bids will be publicly opened and read at 2:15 pm in the Purchasing Office, Room 120, Campus Services building. SUNY Broome Community College BID NO: 2026-09 Deposit Required: Each Proposal must be made upon the forms provided by the College and shall be accompanied by a deposit of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. Said Deposit shall be made payable to the SUNY Broome Treasurer, shall be considered a guarantee that the bidder will enter into the Contract with the County if it is awarded to him/her. Minimum Wage Rates shall be as determined by the New York State Department of Labor. If the bid price for this project exceeds $100,000, then the Broome County Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) subcontracting goal is 3.5%, and the EEO Minority Hiring Goal is 5.0% in accordance with the programs detailed in the bid documents.
