REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS RFQs will be received by the Board of Contract and Supply, City of Binghamton, City Hall, 2nd Floor, 38 Hawley St, Binghamton, New York, 13901 until 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, APRIL 22, 2026. RFQ’s will be publicly opened and read aloud at the 11:00 AM meeting for the following work: CHENANGO STREET RECONSTRUCTION/STREETSCAPE DESIGN The contract documents may be obtained at the Office of the City Purchasing Agent, Second Floor, City Hall, 38 Hawley Street, Binghamton, New York 13901 or by downloading the bid from the City’s website under the Bids and RFP section.
