REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR DATA SOLUTIONS FOR COMPREHENSIVE BACKGROUND SCREENINGS The County of Westchester (the “County”), acting through its Department of Social Services (“DSS”), is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide DSS with data solutions for comprehensive background screenings of applicants and recipients of various social service programs.
