NOTICE TO BIDDERS




The Village of Dansville has authorized the sale of two (2) 2024 93014 CAT Loaders owned by the village by sealed bid. The bid form along with the descriptions and the terms and conditions of sale can be picked up at the village clerk’s office, 14 Clara Barton Street, Dansville, NY, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm.




The public bid opening will be held on Monday, April 27, 2026, at 4:30 pm at the North Dansville Town Hall, 14 Clara Barton St. Dansville, NY. The bid form: Offer to Purchase must be received by the Village Clerk in person or by mail no later than Friday April 24, 2026, at 3:00 pm and must be in a separate sealed envelope. All bids are subject to the approval of the Village of Dansville, and the Village of Dansville reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
