Adirondack Community Action Programs, Inc. Weatherization & Energy Services of Essex County is soliciting pricing for Quality Control Inspection Services for our 2026-2027 Contract Year. Our Contract year runs July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 . Certified QCI person must comply with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations governing the profession, and must submit proof of certification and all appropriate insurances required by our funding source which need to be current and up to date. Certificate of Liability and Worker’s Compensation are required. Minority and Women owned businesses are encouraged to apply. If you are interested in submitting pricing for QCI Services, please contact our office at 518-873-3207 x 241 to request a bid package. Please specify on your envelope “Sealed Bids for QCI Services ”. All bids need to be received at our office by June 12, 2026 by 2:00pm. All proposals will be opened at that time and reviewed. Written notification will be sent to all vendors of the outcome of the bids at a later date. ACAP reserves the right to reject any and/all bids/proposals. The Weatherization Program is administered in NY State by Homes & Community Renewal. It is funded by the US Dept. of Energy, Weatherization Assistance Program and/or the US Health & Human Services Home Energy Assistance Program.
