The Town of Gerry is accepting bids for the following: Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Supreme, Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel, and Unleaded Gasoline (87 Octane).

Ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel and Supreme will be provided from November 1 until May 12.

The Bidder shall indicate whether all specifications are met. there are any exceptions, deviations, and/or substitutions for items specified, bidders shall indicate each and explain in detail why the proposed item(s) are comparable to the items specified. The items specified are the minimum requirements. Failure to indicate exception/deviation may disqualify the bid.

If

All bidders shall specify the wholesale posted rack price on May 12, 2026, and the delivery price to the Town of Gerry for comparison purposes based on the United Refining wholesale rack price in Warren, PA. The award will be made in the Town's best interest, and the Town's judgment is final. All bids must be placed in a sealed envelope marked "Fuel Bid."
