SCHUYLER COUNTY ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID ADVERTISEMENT FOR RFP LEGAL NOTICE Ithaca Neighborhood Housing Services, Inc. and Better Housing for Tompkins County, Inc. (collectively known as “INHS”) has issued two Requests for Proposals (RFP) for a third party: (1) Asbestos Survey and Clearance; (2) Construction Management; (3) Environmental Review; (4) Biodiversity and Habitat Assessment; (5) Lead Assessment & Clearance; and (6) Mold Assessment . These are for residential housing projects receiving funds from local, state, and/or federal sources in Cayuga, Chemung, Cortland, Schuyler, Seneca, Tioga, and Tompkins Counties. Proposals are due on or before Monday, June 1, 2026 at 4:00 PM . The RFPs can be viewed and downloaded from ithacanhs.org/June2026rfp . Contact Delia Yarrow at dyarrow@ithacanhs.org with any questions. INHS reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive proposal informalities, and to accept the lowest responsible proposal that serves the best interest of INHS clients. INHS encourages women- and minority-owned businesses to submit bids and Bidders to utilize women and minority businesses for supplies, equipment and services.
