GENESEE COUNTY, TOWN OF LEROY Sealed bids for the Rehabilitate Parallel Taxiway Project will be received at Passero Associates’ offices, Board Room, 242 W. Main Street, Suite 100, Rochester, NY until 2:00 PM , local time, Wednesday , May 13, 2026 , and there, at said office, at said time, publicly opened and read aloud. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “ LeRoy Airport – Rehabilitate Parallel Taxiway ”. The Base Bid project generally includes rehabilitation of the full length (approximately 4,100’ x 25’) of existing asphalt parallel taxiway pavement and connecting taxiways. This project generally consists of rehabilitation by milling and asphalt overlay, including areas of full depth widening to install standard fillets at intersections, crack repair of milled surface, relocation of associated edge lighting and signage, and installation of pavement markings. The project will be bid as a Base Bid only. Prevailing wage rates apply. Contractors must be bonded and insured to the level indicated in the Contract Documents. A Federal DBE participation goal is included in the Contract. This project is not sales tax exempt. Bidders must include applicable sales tax in submitted bids . A complete set of Bid Documents, consisting of the General Provisions, Special Provisions, Technical Specifications, Bid, Agreement and Contract Drawings, will be available by Friday, April 24, 2026, and may be obtained from Passero Associates at www.passero.com under the ‘BID’ tab for a fee of $25.00 (Non-refundable . A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the LeRoy Airport (8267 East Main Road, LeRoy, NY) on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at 2:00 PM . Potential bidders are encouraged to attend to view site. Copies of the above described Contract Documents may be examined at no expense at no expense at the office of Passero Associates, 242 West Main Street, Suite 100, Rochester, NY 14614.
