Legal Notice # 21934829 WILLIAM FLOYD UNION FREE SCHOOL DISTRICT of the MASTICS- MORICHES-SHIRLEY Mastic Beach, New York NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Board of Education of the William Floyd Union Free School District, Town of Brookhaven, County of Suffolk, in accordance with Section 103 of Article 5-A of the General Municipal Law, hereby invites the submission of sealed bids for providing services to operate the Breakfast, Lunch, Snack, Summer Food and CACFP programs (Bid # 25-26.006). Bid(s) for the above will be received until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 4, 2026. All bids must be mailed to William Floyd District Office, 240 Mastic Beach Road, Mastic Beach, New York, 11951, at which time and place, all bids will be publicly opened. Specifications and bid forms may also be obtained through the Empire State Purchasing Group website, https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york. Vendors can register and access the bid specifications free of charge. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Any bids submitted will be binding for the sixty (60) days subsequent to the date of the bid opening. Vendors MUST SUBMIT their bid in a sealed envelope with the bid number CLEARLY MARKED on the outside of the envelope. NOTE: A pre-bid meeting will take place on Thursday, May 21, 2026 at 10:00am in the William Floyd District Office, Conference Room B/C, 240 Mastic Beach, NY 11951.
