Legal Notices REQUEST FOR BIDS ON D.P.W. FUEL The Village of Mayville, NY requests separate, sealed proposals for furnishing fuel for the Village of Mayville Department of Public Works beginning June 1, 2026 until May 31, 2027. In the event that the bidder cannot hold bid prices firm through this period, it shall be so stated in their bid and the bidder shall indicate alternative dates and/or different pricing. Sealed proposals must be clearly marked “DPW FUEL BID” ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE SEALED ENVELOPE. All bids must be received in the office of the Village Clerk, Village of Mayville, 1 South Erie Street, PO Box 188, Mayville, NY 14757 no later than 2:00 p.m. on May 7, 2026 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. A non-collusive bidding certificate must accompany all bids and can be supplied by the Village upon request. The Board of Trustees of the Village of Mayville reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to accept the bid or bids deemed most advantageous to the Village. 1.
