Legal Notices NOTICE TO BIDDERS FIRE APPARATUS Sealed bids for the purchase by the North Lake Fire District of a 2026 6 passenger UTV incorporating other miscellaneous apparatus will be received at PO Box 136 Mayville, NY 14757 or hand delivered to Chief Ward Raynor by contacting him at chevelle6673@gmail.com, until Tuesday, February 24 at 7:00 pm, at which time bids for the vehicle will be publicly read aloud. Specifications for both these vehicles and equipment may be obtained by interested suppliers free of charge by emailing Chief Ward Raynor at chevelle6673@gmail.com. A bid bond or certified check in the amount of at least $25.00 must accompany bids submitted. The North Lake Fire District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept the bid best suited for its specific needs. Bids will be binding for 30 days subsequent to bid opening.
