INVITATION TO BID THE WHEATLAND-CHILI CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT invites bids for theatrical curtain replacement. Sealed bids should be addressed to Wheatland-Chili Central School District, Attn: Jessica Jackson at 13 Beckwith Avenue, Scottsville, NY 14546 and received by 2:00pm, local time on May 21, 2026, at which time they will publicly opened and read aloud at Wheatland-Chili CSD, 13 Beckwith Ave., Scottsville, NY 14546, 3rd Floor Board Room. 1.01 PROJECT INFORMATION A. Notice to Bidders: Qualified bidders may submit bids for project as described in this Document. B. Owner: Wheatland-Chili CSD -13 Beckwith Avenue, Scottsville, New York – 14546 1. Owner's Representative: a. Stephen Kenny, Superintendent C. Project Description: Project consists of stage curtain replacements at the Junior High School 1.02 BID SUBMITTAL AND OPENING A. Owner will receive sealed lump sum bids until the bid time and date at the location given below. Owner will consider bids delivered as follows: 1. Bid Date: 5/21/2026 2. Bid Time: 2:00pm local time. 3. Location: Central Office on the 3rd Floor at TJ Connor Elementary School, 13 Beckwith Ave., Scottsville, New York – 14546 4. Bids shall be addressed to the attention of Jessica Jackson B. Bids will be thereafter publicly opened in the TJ Connor Elementary Board Room. 1.03 DOCUMENTS A. Copies of Bidding Documents will be available as ofMonday, 5:00pm May 20, 2026. Copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the District. All questions regarding obtaining bid documents shall be directed to Jessica Jackson, School Business Official, jessica_jackson@wheatlandchili.org, (585) 889-6244. 1.04 NOTIFICATION A. Attention of the Bidder is particularly called to the Owner's sales tax exemption, the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and the minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract. Bidders will comply with New York State prevailing wage. 1.05 AWARD OF BIDS A.
