LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE TO RESPONDERS The Board of Education of the Tuxedo Union Free School District, Tuxedo, New York, (in accordance with Section 103 of Article 5-A of the General Municipal Law) invites the submission of sealed requests for the following: #25/26-001 RFP for Professional Auditing Services Sealed responses must be in the hands of Walter Kaufman, Tuxedo Union Free School District, 1 Tornado Drive, Tuxedo, New York 10987, not later than 1:00 p.m., Friday, May 29, 2026. All envelopes containing forms must be clearly marked, “RFP FORM." Also, the date and time of the proposal opening as indicated must appear on the envelope.
