Notice to Bidders In accordance with Section 103 of the General Municipal Law, the Board of Cooperative Educational Services for the Sole Supervisory District of Broome, Delaware, and Tioga Counties, hereby invites the submission of sealed bids for the following proposal: Cosmetology Supplies & Equipment IP-25-S-27 Submit Electronic Responses via the Broome-Tioga BOCES eProcurement Portal: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/btboces Sealed bids will be received for PROJECT through the Broome-Tioga BOCES eProcurement Portal located at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/btboces until 10am on June 5, 2026 at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
