SUFFICIENT REASON APPEARING THEREFORE, LET publication of a copy of this order, in Newsday, a newspaper published in the County of Nassau and a copy upon the Nassau County Clerk's office, and upon Respondent by Certified Mail, return receipt required or overnight mail with proof of receipt on or before the15th day of May,2026, be deemed good and sufficient service thereof.
