Part 24 of this Court, to be held at the Courthouse located at 100 Supreme Court Drive, Mimeola, New York, 11501, on the 22nd day of May, 2026, at 9:30 o'clock in the forenoon of that day, or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard, WHY an order should not be made and entered herein discharging of record a certain mortgage in the sum of $76,580.00, dated July 18, 2006 between KERRY BRIDGWOOD, mortgagor and ARGENT MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC., as mortgagee, which Mortgage was recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County of Nassau, on August 23, 2006, in Libber/Reel 30889 of Mortgages at page 197, the mortgage now being a lien on the premises designated as Section 50, Block 223, Lot 77 on the Land Map of the County of Nassau and commonly known and referred to as 2223 Seventh Street, East Meadow, New York, 11554 and directing the Clerk of the County of Nassau, in whose office said Mortgage has been recorded to mark same upon his records as canceled and discharged, and for such other and further relief as the Court may deem proper. SUFFICIENT REASON APPEARING THEREFORE, LET publication of a copy of this order, in Newsday, a newspaper published in the County of Nassau and a copy upon the Nassau County Clerk's office, and upon Respondent by Certified Mail, return receipt required or overnight mail with proof of receipt on or before the15th day of May,2026, be deemed good and sufficient service thereof.
