TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS, in possession, title, or use and enjoyment of the premises hereinafter described or claiming possession, title, or use and enjoyment thereof: You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Plaintiffs’ attorney, at the address stated below, an answer to the complaint, which prays for a final judgment quieting title to the real property located in the Town of Sullivan County of Madison, State of New York known as tax parcels 10.-1-34.1, and 10.-1-34.2, and/or quieting title to said property by adverse possession. The Answer must be served within thirty days after the service of the Summons is complete as provided by law. If you do not serve an Answer to the complaint within the applicable time limitation stated above, a judgment may be entered against you, by default, for the relief demanded in the complaint, without further notice to you.
