In pursuance and by virtue of a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale duly granted by this Court in the above-captioned action on March 27, 2026, and entered in the Cayuga County Clerk's Office on March 30, 2026, I, the undersigned Referee, duly appointed in this action for such purpose, will expose for sale and sell at public auction at the County Courthouse locate at 152 Genesee St., Auburn, New York, to the highest bidder therefore on May 14, 2026, at 9:15 a.m. o'clock in the forenoon of that day, the real estate and mortgaged premises directed in and by said Judgment to be sold and in said Judgment described as follows: See Schedule A attached.
