In pursuance of and by virtue of a ORDER CONFIRMING REFEREE REPORT AND JUDG- MENT OF FORECLOSURE AND SALE signed by the Honor- able Jason L. Cook, Justice, Supreme Court on April 14, 2026 (the "Judgment") and entered in the office of the Steuben County Clerk on April 21, 2026, the undersigned referee, duly appointed in this action for such purpose, will expose for sale and sell at public auction, to the highest bidder, at the Steuben County Courthouse, 3 E. Pulteney Square, Bath, New York 14810 on June 11, 2026 at 11:30 a.m., the premises described in Schedule "A" attached hereto. The amount due to the plain- tiff as fixed in the Judgment is $116,963.85 together with, as applicable, accruing inter- est, fees, costs, attorneys fees, expenses, advances, and other amounts as specified in the Judgment.
