The object of this action is to foreclosure a mortgage upon the premises described below, executed by Yolanda McLeod (who died on July 7, 2025, a resident of the county of Queens, State of New York) dated the July 9, 2009, to secure the sum of $319,113.00 and recorded at CRFN 2009000361199 in the City Register of the City of New York, Queens County on November 5, 2009.
