SUPREME COURT COUNTY OF CHAUTAUQUA: Lake Shore Bank f/k/a Lake Shore Savings Bank vs. TBR Development LLC, et al ., Defendants. Pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale duly made and granted on March 27, 2026 and entered in the office of the Clerk of the Supreme Court of Chautauqua County on the 30 th day of March 2026, I, the undersigned Referee, will sell at public auction at the Chautauqua County Clerk’s Office in the Rotunda area of the Chautauqua County Courthouse (or alternatively, in the computer room next to the Clerk’s Office), One N.
